Ingredients
  

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas (corn or flour)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for serving

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tofu

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the cubed tofu with olive oil, soy sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Air Fry the Tofu

  • Place the seasoned tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the tofu is crispy and golden brown.

Assemble the Tacos

  • While the tofu is cooking, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  • Fill each tortilla with a portion of the crispy tofu.
  • Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheese if desired.
