Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Prepare the Roasted Red Peppers (if using fresh)
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Cut the red peppers in half and remove the seeds.
- Place the peppers on a baking sheet, skin side up, and roast for 20-30 minutes until the skins are charred and blistered.
- Remove from the oven and place in a bowl, covering with plastic wrap. Let steam for 10 minutes.
- Peel off the skins and set the roasted peppers aside.
Blend the Ingredients
